Have a delay repay claim in for over 2 months ago e-mailed me a month ago looking in to it nothing yet any info if a backlog or other problems cheers

I got a reply recently which indicated that they were waiting for a supply of free tickets! This was a claim outside "Delay Repay" parameters.

Recieved an e-mail yesterday my claim upheld complimentary ticket to arrive in the next ten days supply must be restored
