Northern Conductor- Talent pool.

Hi, I have recently been placed in a talent pool for a conductor role. Just wondering what is the likelihood of being offered a position. Based on previous people that have been in my position.

I have been told that my application will be kept for up to 9 months, after which I will have to reapply.

Any info appreciated :)

Think I was in the same interviews last week at St James's I got the email today saying I am in this talent pool, I applied for Middlesbrough, the strange thing for me was after they were interviewing last week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on Friday another advert for conductors based out of Middlesbrough was published on indeed and on the Northern Facebook page ?????? what's that all about ?

It’s a strange one, are they maybe filling a pool? Expecting positions to be coming up soon? At the interview on the Wednesday our little group were told by the TCM from Newcastle that there would be 11 positions coming up between March and October.
