Northern Conductor passed Assessment

I passed an assessment day back in December for a conductors position with Northern. They said they are currently reviewing their recruitment plans and would recieve an update within 4 weeks. Its now coming up 6 weeks. Is this the norm or should I get in touch with HR. I have checked my application and it is still showing On hold after Successful Conductor assessment.

I'm in a similar boat for a driver position. Passed everything, just a case now of whether I get the job or go in the talent pool. They told me I would find out within 3 weeks... it's now been 6.

I think they jusy enjoy toying with us.
