Northern Conductor Interview

I have an interview coming up with Northern for the train conductor role. From the information i've received it looks like it will be a standard competency based interview but i'd like to know more about the process so I can prepare. Is it just an interview or are there any surprise exercises on the day? Are there any more stages in the recruitment process if successful? I have already passed verbal and numerical tests online. Many thanks in advance for any information.

Is that for tomorrow at 9? Think it’s just the interview and group exercise as explained in the invitation email. After that if successful it’s either a job offer or a wait for a vacancy to open up I believe.
