Hi everyone,

First post so here goes. Had an interview today for a conductots position. Felt like it went really well but you never can tell. Was just wondering if it does actually take the 2 weeks to find out or is it normally longer?

Also how quick do they get you in for tests (if i make it that is)

Thanks in advance for any replies

It was only 3 days after all that worrying. I didn't make it through to assessments. Pretty gutted right now :(

Am i able to ask for feedback and will this affect my chances in the future??

I asked for feedback and they said yes then didnt hear a thing from them. Been 8 weeks since they said my feedback would be provided within 3 weeks.

Dont give up. I have nearly finished my Conductors course after 12 applications and 4 different interviews. And I have done the job before. Some on my course were accepted the first time and some took over 12 months, like myself. Keep looking and applying and you will get there. Good luck.

I've sent the email requesting the feedback.... lets see what happens, although not expecting much now. Have either of you re-applied since??

thanks for that :) This won't be the end i'm sure! I will keep an eye out and the next time a vacancy comes up then i will have another shot at it. I'm determined that this isn't over.

Good luck for your course btw...... hope all goes well for you :)

Not yet. Until I get feedback probably a waste of time because not sure where I went wrong.
