Great news, I'm sure you'll do just fine. Just remember to look up and use the STAR technique to answer the questions. I try to use STARR in interviews the extra 'R' is for reflection. What would you do differently faced with the same situation again. Good luck once again

Great shout. I'm currently replaying my whole life for scenarios where I might need to show examples. Should have plenty!
Did you hear back about Leeds yet?
Top tip, go to the station and speak to some drivers to get a feel for the station. Find out who the lead dtm is etc.
The initial questions about what you know about Northern etc aren't necessarily marked BUT if it's clear you have put the effort into researching the company the interviewers will be more "warming" to you.
I've not heard anything as yet, still waiting in hope at the minute .

Anyone else have their interview today/this week? I had mine this morning and now over analysing everything

Been invited to Psychometric tests now. Glad I got that email through today and not left to stew over the Christmas break!

Passed the psychometric tests and MMI earlier today so absolutely delighted with that. Thanks to all on here who have responded to messages and helped me prepare and get this far. Now to do my time in the talent pool and await that start date!
Really enjoyed the testing experience, I ended up being the only on there today. There were supposed to be four of us, 2 cancelled and one was a no show.

Excellent news, hopefully you're not waiting too long. I'm still waiting to hear whether more interviews are to be held. They did mention December in the last email I had but no news as yet.
