Northern 331 new signs

I was on a Northern 331 which had acquired two slightly angry-looking signs in one of the door vestibules: "STAFF use only" (on a fold-down seat) and "No STANDING or OBSTRUCTIONS in this area" (on a glass partition). They didn't really look like official signs - they appeared to have been made using the WordArt feature in Microsoft Office, printed out on normal paper and then attached using black and yellow hazard tape, so I assume it's something that has been done in a bit of a rush.

Does anyone have any idea what this is about?

It's probably to do with the location of the door control panels which are staggered and cause issues when full and standing
