Why is there half a 150 stabled up in one of the sidings at Newton Heath, I've seen it quite a few times in the past week or so when I've been travelling on Metrolink to/from South Chadderton, not sure which one it is though apart from the fact its one of the ones with Visit West Yorkshire branding on it

Maybe the other end of it has a fault? To save space in the shed, they've split the unit and the defective half is in the shed being repaired?
