North West Rover Ticket

Hi all,im planning to do a trip on the Settle/Carlisle line in the week commencing 26th September. The route ill be taking will be Liverpool Lime Street- Leeds (via Manchester Pic)- Carlisle- Preston- Liverpool Lime Street.
Will this route be entirely covered by a Freedom of the North West rover ticket?
Can anyone advise on prices,validity and any planned engineering work that week?

Valid only on trains timed to depart from 0845 Monday to Friday, anytime weekends and Bank Holidays.
