North Wales Rover - Time Restrictions?

I'm planning on using this ticket tomorrow and my first train departs 07:48. I've checked on the National Rail Enquiries and the Rover website and none advise of any morning time restrictions.

Can anyone advise if this is correct? I don't think I've missed anything but just want to be sure.

1. You can travel by train anytime Monday to Fridays, and all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays in North Wales.

Seconded. I've used one at 5 in the morning, on a day trip to Aberystwyth.
