Although the south coast's light had dropped too low for a decent photo, I watched it accelerating hard whilst walking our lively German Shepherd.
I can remember the Grids in the 1980s and the 1990s, with memories of Rustons straining hard. Nothing prepared me for 090's noise: utter bellowing thrash, at a sound level that I've never heard from the class. Happy days.

All three are at the new Welsh test track that is being constructed*, and it's a private location with no public access, unfortunately. It's about ten miles from Neath as the crow flies.

There are, however, three roads surrounding the site but they don't seem to have very good sightlines into it... but might be worth trying with a seriously powerful zoom lens... A4109, A4221 and Onllwyn Road.

Sadly I don't live anywhere near Neath and don't plan to go near there anytime soon. I've already seen all the 360/1's so that'll have to do for now. Hopefully it'll be possible to get some shots of them up and about when the test track is complete.
