The Operator has been pulled from the TSC Code which is associated with the Schedule, given its a VSTP schedule I imagine the person who created it has simply used the wrong TSC

@ls2270 do your sources tell you why FL is doing these on the Portsmouth Direct Line? I'd be surprised if it's for route learning, as the Portsmouth Direct isn't a route used by FL - their Chichester / Crawley paths go via the West Coastway. Unless it's for future hired in FL haulages, on Civil Engineer workings?
