Hi Everyone,

I have a London Zones 1-3 Travelcard, and I'm looking at buying an SWR Super-Off Peak Single from Boundary Zone 3, with the restriction code UP. The restriction says
Not valid on trains timed to depart after 04:29 and before 12:01.

Additionally, not valid if boarding at the following stations:
...
Waterloo: after 15:59 and before 19:01
A rather generous interpretation would be that as I'm boarding at Waterloo with my Travelcard, I can then do a non stop split, either with a ticket from Wimbledon or Boundary Zones 1-3 and the ticket is effectively an anytime and I can board at Waterloo after 15:59 and before 19:01.

A more reasonable interpretation would be that the restriction blocks me from using that Super Off Peak ticket on any train which I boarded at Waterloo, even on a different ticket. Although this would imply I couldn't buy an anytime from Waterloo to, say, Woking, and split there as I boarded at Waterloo, which seems a little silly.

Any advice on which is correct? Does the position change if I buy a ticket with the same restriction from Wimbledon (Zone 3) instead?

Thanks :-)
