Non-shuttle services down the stourbridge branch

I would like to know if there is any other services other then the shuttle e.g, railtours, track plant or a ballast train, and do they have to obtain special permission to go own the line?

Any non shuttle train has to go in via the shunt frame at the north end of the platform. The people mover would have to be locked in its garage as well.
