Non Safety Critical Roles

Does anyone know if you apply for a non safety critical role at a station for retail travel advisor or Sales host what assessments are involved . Is it likely to involve the Train dispatch test or just the ticket/plateform multiple choice test or others.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It all depends on the TOC, but I think they all do now.
