No trains to Hadfield

Does anyone know why it is bus substitution today (Sunday 13/10/19) between Manchester Piccadilly and Hadfield? According to RTT it's pre-planned substitution, but there's nothing showing on 'Improvement Works'.
Sorry if this has been addressed before, if it has I must have missed it.

No mention on the Northern JourneyCheck, but there is this page on National Rail:

From RTT looks like the same bus replacement was in place last Sunday and next Sunday.
