No tickets released yet ... (for March)

Is this at all usual? I was looking at Bradford to Oakham for March 20th back 21st but tickets aren't showing as "timetable unconfirmed" (OK up to 15th March). Yet Northern are selling tickets Bradford - Leeds, LNER selling Leeds-Peterborough and CrossCountry Peterborough-Oakham. It seems the LNER leg is the problem (fixing it "via PBO", Trainsplit came up with Hull Trains....) Any explanation?

You get a warning before buying a LDS-PBO Advance on LNER for that date.

I imagine they don't want to commit for a journey involving a connection at PBO because they might have to rebook you onto another operator?

Whereas timetables are supposed to be fixed 12 weeks ahead of the date of travel (and thus reservations and advance tickets made available), on some routes the current look-ahead is only 8 weeks.
