I thought all the rebuilding work at London Bridge and reopening of all platforms in January (actually giving a net increase in SE platforms and tracks) was supposed to improve services?
The draft 2018 timetable shows a far worse service than before work begun. Slower journeys and service cuts introduced during works seem to remain. Why is this?
