No Reports Around Portsmouth

Some trains in and out of Portsmouth have had "No Report". Some examples: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/C54261/2019/04/09/advanced , http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/W93515/2019/04/09/advanced , http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/W90782/2019/04/09/advanced . Some Trains have "apparently" not even entered Portsmouth yet. Why are they receiving no report and why are they being shown as at Rowlands Castle or Petersfield?

TRUST could be having an off-day down there.
It could just be Network Rail’s open feeds throwing a hissy fit, as they often do.
I’m sure someone that’s actually at work this week will be around to correct me!
