No expierence need advice

Anybody know of any firms in the northwest or in fact anywhere in the uk that will sponsor me to do my pts and give me work also to work on the rails as a operative in any discipline? I have no experience of working on the railway but I have had experience working on construction sites, working in a safety critical environment (armed forces) and working in all weathers and unsociable shifts. I feel that I am suited to working on the railways because I feel a sense of achievement and pride doing a hard days graft and being responsible of looking after my work colleges. I know it’s hard to get into this industry as Everyman and his dog is wanting to especially with the go ahead with HS2. Just need pointing in the wright direction or being given a touch. More than happy to start at the bottom and fund my own course/courses

Keep plugging away checking Network Rail's website and other applicable firms. You'll have the right experiences to draw on for the interviews, so have as good a chance as anyone if you can find a way into the interview situation.

No luck emailed and rang a few times but it is expected with what’s going on in current affairs.
Keep positive buddy and chipping away that’s what I’m doing even tho it’s easier said than done.
