Hi guys,

I suppose this could fall into one of several areas, but thought this was most appropriate.

Would anyone be able to confirm the dimensions of the Nightstar (now Via Renaissance) Stock? - things like Width, Length, Wheelbase, Height or even better provide any links to drawings - i've tried searching the net but found very little - probably because of there low numbers/limited usage! My guess is they sit somewhere as a combination of the Mk3 (non-tilting profile) and Mk4 (length and width?) with a wheelbase slightly smaller than those (due to the step units needed for low european platforms)?

Any help much appreciated

They are very similar in appearance to Class 175/180 intermediates, so probably similar dimensions to those.

Thanks and they do and was going to take those vehicles as a basis - just surprised I haven't been able to find at least a minor article in some digitized railway press at the time about the technical requirements of the coaches (beyond 'hotel service' marketing) - or from the time of the Via Rail purchase of them about their technical specifications.
