Would somebody please tell me how many trains arrive and depart from this station between the hours of 2200-0700 during the current timetable period.and with what frequency? I would also be interested to know what classes are used during this period and are they all predominately diesel?
A good nights sleep depend upon the answer.

28 to be exact. Mostly 185s, a couple of 323s, maybe some 156s and there's also a very small number of 175s with the few ATW services.

Thank you for the timetable. I often have to stay in a hotel near the station before an early morning shift and the train noise and associated vibration can be very disturbing. Is there any way of telling if any of the services are emus?
The noise is added to by the building of a new platform amd also the work to bring the tramlink to the airport.

Any train operated by AW or TP will be diesel. I'm not sure about Northern

Many thanks for the links. A busy station late at night and only a brief lull of peace

Would any forum member be able to tell me what the gradient is from the station please? It looks as though it is uphill from platform level.
