Going on a trip to Penzance soon and was wondering when the ECS stock arrives into London Paddington on a Wednesday evening. On the website it says you can board at 10:30pm but i cant find any parallel on RTT?

Don’t expect to get on at 22:30 though. The train is more often not delayed boarding.
But if you have a berth ticket you can wait in the First Class lounge on platform 1 till they are ready.
To be be fair, most nights when there is a delay in boarding it’s only 10-15 minutes, so nothing much to worry about in the grand scheme of things.
