NFM11 CD available to order

I wonder are there any shops where one can just buy the CD there and then and if the appendices such as the Shipping Links Manual (Section D?) is publically available.

Amazon typically list the CD under their books section, however they don't appear to have included it yet. They also don't charge postage.

That would be in "The Manual" now, I suppose. ATOC have been talking about making The Manual publicly accessible, but they seem to have stalled on this for the time being (maybe somebody knows why?)
