As a bit of a break away from the 'Christmas and New Year' thread...

What are your new years resolutions?

I only have one really, its sort of romantic and well there is somebody I really like and its just to be with them by the end of the year.

I've set resolutions in the past, and I never follow them up or do anything about them. This one I will.

Over to you...

To teach my grown up children to be sick straight into the toilet bowl and not miss

Be thankful it wasn't on furniture. Took me ages to get it out of my bed sheets once ;) (I'm going back a long time there!) Don't even get me started on slanted floors...

My New Year resolutions are pretty predictable: give up smoking, exercise more often and way more intensely, replace the godawful bedroom carpet with something that doesn't resemble the Shub-Niggurath of flooring, and find my purpose in life. Which might be carpet removals, you never know.

Someone throwing up on Parquet flooring when the gaps between slats haven't been filled in yet, argh!

1. Loose lots of weight

2. Stop eating naughty things to assist with no. 1.

3. Attempt once more to pass my Driving Test.

Over to you...

Mine is to stop being pedantic, so with that in mind I'd be inclined to LOSE weight rather than LOOSE it, if you loose weight it could be rather messy

;)

The biggest resolution for me this year is to try and beat my depression. It's gonna be a long and difficult fight, but I'm not gonna let it win.

Mine is "Glam up my Life"

Not referring to bad 1970s rock but more to a general life improvement and aim to make things more fabulous :)

Don't do resolutions generally, but one thing I am going to make a concerted effort on this year is to get a bit healthier - we shall have to see how that one goes!
