New to Route searching Please Help.

Hey all.

I got MSTS and the 2 ECML about 2 years ago just to rekinddle my childhood facination of all things rail. I just never really got round to finding routes I have downloaded a few engine units but have just re-installed it to get rid of some crap that was causing some issues with loading.

Right I work for northern now as a conductor so I am used to seeing these routes in the flesh so to speak but are there any routes for MSTS that go via this route.

Sheffield - Meadowhall - Rotherham Central - Swinton - Mexbrough - Conisbrough - Doncaster, which includes the Masbrough avoiding line which we use for the Expresses.

Also think someone may have asked before but would also like to know if there is a route that will continue onwards to Hull or Cleethorpes which would take

Doncaster - Kirk Sandal - Hatfield & Stainforth - Thorne North/Thorne South dependant on route going to Hull or Cleethorpes.

Any help with this would be a gratefully appreciated

AFAIK, there isn't anything which covers those routes.

Shame really, as I would like to see the line from the drivers view, instead of the passenger view I put up with every other week or so.

I don't think anything's been released either - shame, would be nice to see Donny in MSTS.

East Cast express by Europeanbahn covers Doncaster on the ECML but unfortunately there isnt anything for the Sheffield area. or the cross country lines through Doncaster.

Mid East in its original format ran from Kings X - Retford, a new version is under construction, which runs through to York via Selby, can't remember which new branches have been added to this, apart from the Derwent Valley Light Railway, for one
