New Timetable for FGW

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere..... it was on the TV and radio
yesterday and I've have found this online:

"A REVISED timetable, to be introduced in May, could reduce the chaos
on the trains.
First Great Western has been forced to admit that the current
timetable is not working.
Since the revamped timetable was introduced in December, commuters
have often been forced to stand in carriages on peak time services,
while some trains were axed."

Don't get too excited - their talking turdos for the commuters and late night services.

A bit rich for the SoS to make this statement

“The Secretary of State said he was prepared to use his draconian powers if the service got any worse."

Someone remind me, who's department specified the contract and selected the franchisee?
