We used to have 'staff' trains. Just an early morning set of empties that stopped and picked up staff along the way.

Of which many have been turned into passenger trains in demand for much earlier passenger trains which previously didn’t exist.

Is this a multi-staffed station? Are there other people who book on early? You may find people end up on the same train.

Appreciate you might not know the answers to these questions yet.
Don't be putting anymore doubt in my head. Tis a major station and plenty of staff and (hopefully) enough to cover.

I know our TOC will allow you (with a local agreement with a manager) train variance, basically to allow you to start/finish earlier/later within reason as long as you do your contracted hours.
