The decision by the Manchester Rail Recovery team to take out the Warrington West stop from the TPE Cleethorpes - Liverpool trains (from December 2022, replacing the Northern train to Manchester Airport) is because they want 20 minutes to turn round at Lime Street (obviously assuming trains will run late). But Northern's new trains can already make up 3 minutes between Lime Street and Warrington Central. Is the CLC still working to timings for Pacers?
