thanks in advance

You don't need a full suit - just don't turn up in jeans and a t shirt. Some trousers and a shirt will do if you have that. Uniform varies greatly in my experience - sometimes it appears right away, other times it can take weeks or longer.

I just wore shirt and trousers for the first week, and by the Friday of that week my uniform had arrived.

Have you not already been asked for a photo?

I start a few weeks after you. I’m just wearing pants and a shirt. Tie and / or suit not required I’ve been told

I'd also wear some trousers if I were you. Probably a bit too much flesh showing otherwise.

Please don't turn up in jeans and t shirt it will be frowned upon.

Shirt and trousers will be perfectly fine
