New Sightings 2014

[Techniquest]

You're going to have to house a celebration party when that happens, eventually.

No chance! However I will be celebrating somehow

Might have a big party when I get my last train in the country that I need, although that won't be for a long time!

I was delighted to see a class 31 going through Clapham Junction on Thursday 14th. All yellow with about three yellow cars behind. I assume this was a NR inspection train of some kind. Could not see a number I'm afraid.

Overall, a pretty good day, despite the miserable weather. I was gonna stay longer than 3 hours, but both my camera and my phone were running low on battery power.

Various FGW HST trailers
A few MK2s (sorry I haven't got my notebook to hand!)

Not seen a great deal since my last update.

I finally got my loco sights list up to day a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I've scored 01529 which I passed at Hornsey. Those 01/5 shunters account for a good chunk of what I've yet to see.

Was sitting in the seat row behind a pair of guys grabbing numbers on a 455 coming through on the South London loop line into London Bridge around 6pm yesterday evening. Curious if they're people that would post on here or not Sadly I was too shy at the time to ask them in front of the other passengers!
