Yes, it is racist, just based on recent (as in 2005 onwards) attempted and successful terrorist attacks in Britain though. I'm not saying that all Asian/Black people are terrorists at all, the point is that not one white person has been responsible so far in recent attempted and successful attacks so why are we being targeted for pathetic reasons?

But for example on how bad things have got. If a black/Asian person was racist to a white, nothing much would be done. But visa versa and they scream there head off and then the whites getting in serious trouble!

Do we really want to discuss things which could cause misleadings in the current terrorism investigation against the London and Glasgow events over the past few days? I'm not too keen myself - certainly something to be kept to yourselves or another forum IMHO. Or if you must discuss it then try and keep race out of it - there was a white man convicted of a shoe bomb plot on a trans-atlantic flight and is currently being held by the USA in Guantamano Bay.

Did anyone see Ed Hussain on BBC News 24 today? He wrote a book; 'The Islamist,' about how he joined & left an radical group. He called for more people to take account of differentiations between islamism (the kind of supporters for terror) and normal life.

As Max said, if we just look for shady Muslim men, the terrorists will just change who they use. At the end of the day, it's a state of mind, not limited to colour and or religious belief.

This is what happens when racism is allowed to happen.

The vast majority of Muslims (probably at least 99.999%) are good people. It's only the minute minority who spoil it for all the others.

We shouldn't judge a group on what a small minority of that group do. It's just like saying that all teenagers are yobs or that all Americans are gun-crazy murderers. It's stupid.
