Anyone finding to navigate around the new railway pension website hard work?
Some of the website seems not to work aswell?

It seems my firms section is still being rebuilt at the moment.

It's a bit odd. It told me I could request an estimate and I'd have it by email in an hour; it came in the post a week later. I'm sure over time, as they settle it down, it'll be quite good. One thing I noticed was that it had deleted my nomination to my wife, which I'd said up on the old site.

I'm sure the forum rules prevent me from saying what I really think......but hard work is an underestimation.

Still the interactive planner hasn't returned and yes it's not an improvement.

Yes i agree. The previous website was very easy to forcast a lump sum with an annual estimate very quickly. This one needs to ve sent off and tben you await a reply which dosnt happen...

The old site was brilliant, with the forecasting tool. This new site is a real backwards step, it promises a forecast in an hour, on the old site it was instant. I've been waiting 3 days for the forecast and still nothing, never mind an hour. Hopefully it will improve. Is there anyone who we can express our disappointment to officially?

Just keep telling RPMI, the more people who do the better.

I believe the 'planner' is supposed to be coming back but they've indicated that for months and nothing has happened.

I’m still waiting for the RPMI to quote me/penalise me to transfer my scheme from SWR to GWR....I’ve been assured it’ll be based on my trainee salary still, even if they only get round to it when I eventually qualify.

As it stands they have me in the GWR scheme too, although they have my employee still listed as SWR? Because of this I’ve also not been able to log in to the new site either. All rather confusing.
