Regarding excessing railcard-discounted Advances to Public fare ones...

Hopefully some progress will be made!
If the capability isn't there and the passenger asks for it, is this the same as a passenger not being able to buy a ticket and being able to travel to a point where they can? Not that there is anywhere it seems.

It's already been made clear on this thread that there are stations that can deal with this type of excess.

I'm curious as to which version of Tribute you are using, and surprised that you apparently don't have someone who knows how to set up local tickets through the console or locally, depending on the version.
