I had the same issue in the early hours of this morning, round the same time when there were quite a few multiple posts as well. I was using Chrome on Windows 10.
I'm now getting an error message when I try to upload a file.
The Forum has indeed been feeling a bit under the weather today (suggestions that this is related to the end of HSTs with LNER are unconfirmed). However after some fitters attention we believe that they should be resolved!
