New NSE logo on 465047?

465047 has an NSE logo in the usual spot opposite the fleet number on at least one driving end! It’s the smaller type of logo with the white outline, like they would put on pre-Networker trains back then.

I’ve never seen this before, and it looks relatively fresh.

Probably, yeah. I didn’t think of that.

There is a 465 running around with the three stripes on one end. Bleached, colourless and left from the NSE days. I forget which one it is but I’ve seen it a few times.

Thank you for this. I confess to be being a bit disappointed by the design (mainly it being small), I would have liked an original restoration.

As JammyJames08 said, at least one end of 465189 still carries the full NSE stripes but white. I'm sure this is intentional.

The 8 isn’t the original font on it, I think the panel is originally from 179.

The full colour ones are non-authentic ones that someone appears to be unofficially adding.

The all-white ones are originals and would have been red/blue/white when new but have since faded after 25+ plus years of weathering.
