How about London Blackfriars-over-the-Thames, in the same vein as Staines-upon-Thames....?

Sorry for yet another bump today, but the chosen name is 'Blackfriars for Bankside and South Bank'. It will be displayed on the station's nameboards when it fully reopnes. Enjoy

The station name remains as London Blackfriars. The first of the new signs are already up, with the supplementary bit you mention being just that, not actually part of the station name.
