New N and H0 Scale Magnetic Coupler from N Club - Model Trains

The Portuguese N Club Model Trains developed a standard of magnetic couplers for N scale trains, that can be electrified to power lights along a consist.
The details (in portuguese) and the STL models for resin 3D printing are available here.
The models currently available are compatible with NEM 355, T-shape with coiled spring and pin-hole with blade spring fixtures.

I'm personally expanding on this solution, making more coupler fixture types and H0 versions.
I was able to model the following couplers:

N Scale

• NEM 355
• Fleischmann Profi
• KATO Z01-0041 with pin
• KATO Z01-0041 without pin
• KATO Z01-0240
• KATO Z07-1410
• NEM 356 adapter coupler

H0 Scale

• NEM 362
• NEM 363

- All couplers use double ⌀2x1 mm N52 neodymium magnets.
- The cost of each coupler is less than 0,10 €.
- They are mechanically compatible with LS Model's version of their magnetic couplers for H0 Scale (provided the polarity of the magnets is correctly installed).
- The H0 version retains the hook for retro-compatibility with standard NEM 360 coupler heads.
- Retro-compatibility with the N scale NEM 356 coupler head is achieved with the addition of an accessory magnetic adapter coupler.

Some adjustments are yet needed for H0 Scale, and both KATO Z01-0281 and Z07-1410 remain untested. The other couplers are nearly ready for sharing.

Good afternoon everyone!

I have made the currently existing couplers available through GitHub, including the source files used to create the models.

The STL files are in the release, with a ZIP file for H0 gauge, and another for N gauge.

The releases include the STL files for the couplers, NEM 356 adapter head and coupler socket measuring tools.

The only thing missing is documentation for printing, building and installing the couplers, as well as how to use the measuring tools to check what coupler shaft lengths are needed to be printed.
