Hi All..

This is my first post on here!
I've just got myself a train managers position with Cross Country and I was wondering if anyone knew the following -

1) If Cross Country pay monthly or 4-weekly (if monthly, what day of the month)
2) The salary increases after the training period... Does anyone know if this is after the initial 10 weeks, 6 months or even 12 months?

Thanks all.

1. 4 weekly
2. The day you sign your first complete route and take your first train out on your own. Could be 12 weeks, could be 6 months, depends where you are based.
