New(ish) Bus Operators

The last few years have seen a steady stream of bus operators cease trading. I thought it might be interesting to see how many currently trading today had only begun operation in recent years (say the last 5-10). I'm thinking bus companies set up from scratch, or existing coach/private hire operators who have diversified into running scheduled local stage carriage services. Examples off the top of my head...

Lynx began operation in early 2015 with a new commercial service between Kings Lynn and Hunstanton, but five years on now operate a fairly sizable network of around 20 routes.

Falcon Coaches diversified into bus operations in 2016, with three vehicles operating a PVR of two on a pair of interworked council-tendered routes. They now operate eight routes needing around 16 vehicles.

Have mentioned it in the similar thread for up and coming bus companies but Coastal Coaches have burst onto the scene in the past few years and will hopefully expand further in years to come.

Link Network is relatively new in Merseyside. They started in 2015. They currently only run the 329 but they have schools on the side.

They did run the 110 but dropped it about a year ago.
