SwindonWhich depot was it for mate
I was interviewed in May . Had to wait a month to get the formal offer . Signed all that , had the medical and have heard nothing since . Communication doesn't seem to be there strong suit .I was interviewed in June for a drivers job. 7 days later I was sent an email saying congratulations you've successfully passed that stage. Next stage is a medical and safety record transfer. Heard nothing since July 4th. Got to say I'm majorly dissapoint in the communication from HR. Not sure what to think. I've heard it's because the Dec timetable had being delayed?
It all takes time the railway all over is well known for slow recruitment.Im sure if you been offered the position you will receive start dates etc very soon.
I worked for another contractor before and only had to wait a month . Seriously considering trying to get hold of the hiring manager .I've moved jobs a few times down the yrs railway to railway and never have I been told I've passed an interview to be left hanging for 3 months. No communication whatsoever. Messing with people's lives really. It's simply not good enough to say well it's the railway
Works delievery Operative . Signed all the paperwork and even selected what pension scheme to join.So what jobs did you say you applied for then.Have they actually offered you the position and you accepted the position
