New GWML trains

Can anyone point me in the direction of threads discussing the proposed new trains on the GWML? Can't seem to locate anything in the Search tool.

Read the other day that The Government have placed an order for dual electric/diesel trains, which doesn't bode well. Voyager-esque trains on the way for the London - Bristol route?

This I think is the most recent thread on IEP (the new trains) it was started during the announcement in the House of Commons.
