New "flexible" (from their side) tickets from Eurostar?

Franceinfo (and TF1 news) have reported that Eurostar are offering tickets this summer for a date with the departure time unknown until they tell you two days beforehand. This is described as a trial for possible wider deployment later, and as a new idea (inedit), though it sound like Eurosnap.

I cannot see anything about this from Eurostar - does anyone know any more? One odd point is that the report calls them flexible tickets, which makes no sense, and there is no brand name given that you can put into Google.

Very much like Avanti's superfare, though the window is all day, making it less useful. Probably viewing the cheapest / most expensive fares for the day in question would give you a good indication of what train you'd be allocated to.

London to Brussels is £70 tomorrow compared to £174 on the 08:16 which is the cheapest.

So a very good deal for not too early a start

Nice to note they refuse to allow seat. changes implying Eurostar are testing a system akin to airlines and coaches where you pay more for seat selection
