New FCC Depots to be built

According to the BBC FCC are to build two new depots to handle their increased rolling stock.

I am guessing the one to be based at Three Bridges will be on the site of the old goods yard just to the south of the station. It is certainly looking very overgrown these days and it is very rare to see any rolling stock there.
