Got my new blender on monday from a home shoping channel wont say make. But its brill. Make a veggy drink every morning and one for work. Makes great soup and ice cream

My favourite was always making smoothies. Coffee was the best imo.

Something like 250ml espresso coffee, 250ml milk, quite a lot of sugar and 3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Lovely!

My blender is excellent quality - so much so the blade shattered while blending some leek and potato soup the other day. I had to sieve it to check for metal fragments. Apparently it's possible to replace the blade, rather than having to buy a new blender.

You still ate the soup!?! I would've chucked it.....

I was going to chuck it but after sieving it twice, I decided it would be ok. When you've got visitors coming round, it's the last thing you want to happen.

My wife only uses her blender to make soups from the local farm vegetables, which always seem more tasty than soups we have when we visit good quality restaurants.

Yep and makes nice ice cream and hot soups
