New Aggregrates flow from Lydd

Can anyone tell me where the new aggregates trains from Lydd, Kent will be going to? I have heard a rumour that it is Ridham Dock, Sittingbourne, but the track there has been out of use for a long time and is in very poor condition. When is this flow due to start and will it be DB 66's as usual?
