Neurodiverse And Struggling To Work On The Railway

Hello,
I have applied for several jobs and have been rejected for all. I have worked in preservation for a few years and have tried many times in the past to apply for rail jobs such as Trainee Drivers with Virgin but was rejected after failing the 1st test. Long forgotten what it was. It is very disheartening but then again I have always struggled like so many neurodiverse people do when it comes to employment.
