Hi Folks

I have recently applied for a customer service role at Network Rail.

Today to my horror, I have received an email inviting me to do a video interview.

Does anyone know what it entails and what questions its likely to ask.

I don't know about content, but, I imagine it may be like "skype" interviews where you respond to questions that appear on screen.

I thought that but it don’t give any indication what to expect or anything for what it may ask it don’t come with any guideance.
