Network Rail Train by Train Delay Attribution Spreadsheets

I'm sure at one point I saw that Network Rail were publishing spreadsheets which showed the number of delay minutes incurred by individual trains and the reasons for those delays. I seem to remember they were published on a regular basis on their website rather than as a one-off response to FOI requests.

Does anyone know if these are still published somewhere? Or am I misremembering?

I think they have moved to the Rail Data Marketplace website.
