I have applied for the above role but I am struggling to find detailed information on what the job involves. I understand it is maintaining and servicing station telecom equipment but that's all the info I have. I assume the 'station telecom equipment' is the PA and information boards etc? Could anyone be more comprehensive in what the duties will actually be and how varied they are?
I'm also interested to find out about career progression at NR and if this job will give me any worthwhile qualifications. I'm taking a bit of a pay cut if I'm successful so would like to be assured it's not just a dead end job.
